You do not need to buy a proxy list. TelegraOne finds proxies itself and tests each one by connecting to Telegram — only the ones that genuinely work get into the pool. It weeds out the dead ones in the background, spreads accounts across the least loaded proxy, and moves an account that hits a rate limit onto another proxy automatically.
